Ulysses Capital Partners is the lead forensic underwriter for our group of companies and network partners. It is primarily tasked and charged to initiate and complete all aspects of required echelons of practical, intellectual, financial statutory due diligence for all proprietary portfolio acquisitions and commercial investments sourced. 

This encompasses all sectors of our inhouse projects including but not limited to our current structured acquisitions and consolidated roll-ups in construction, general, construction management and sub-contractor trades both union and non-union specifically in interior and exterior light to heavy demolition, commercial and residential electrical contracting, plumbing, HVAC, sheetrock, masonry, sheetrock and restoration services. 

In the Hospitality industry we are involved in the international consolidation and acquisitions, roll-ups of, all-inclusive destination resorts, major new development, new construction of Boutique Hotels, luxury residential homes, alcohol spirits manufacturing facilities, senior citizen high-rise housing, and dormitory facilities, medical offices, accountable care organization development.
